The Provincial Council of the Anglican Church in North America unanimously recognized the Anglican Diocese of the South and the Diocese of the Great Lakes on June 9 at its meeting in Amesbury, Massachusetts.

These are exciting times to be an Anglican in the Americas.  We have a number of new denominations that are committed to spreading the Gospel and growing the church, but I wonder if we are moving a little too fast.  Read this article about some of the financial and theological hurdles that are looming in the background as we try to make old things new.
